For each customer, an project manager will be assigned to track all your projects. Behind the manager is DDPROTOTYPE’s team of professional engineers. Project manager is the bridge between you and engineers in different fields. He / she will manage the project as a whole to ensure on-time delivery, and ensure that the quality of parts meets or even exceeds the customer’s requirements.
Private project manager
All project managers have at least 3 years of experience in various projects, so he / she is familiar with managing projects as a whole. From the beginning of the project audit, quotation, production, quality inspection, transportation, customer feedback and a series of processes.
Customer service specialist
He / she will give you a quotation within 12 hours, provide free DFM feedback / report, guide you how to cooperate with us, handle the internal procedures of placing orders, inform you of the status of the project, send pictures or videos to you during the production process, etc.
